Prof. Paul Adjei Onyina is the Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration at Pentecost University, with over 20 years of teaching experience. He has previously served as Head of Management Studies Department, Pentecost University, Ghana; Tutor at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia; and a Visiting Lecturer at the Valley View University School of Graduate Studies; Statistician at the Ghana Statistical Service. He represented Convocation on the Council for Pentecost University from 2014 to 2020, when his term expired.

Prof. Paul Onyina has been a Consultant for World Vision, Ghana and The Church of Pentecost (still consulting for the Church of Pentecost) on evaluation of projects. He is the Lead Investigator for the Church of Pentecost on-going project of preserving the history of the Church under the auspices of the Records, Archives, and Statistics Committee, of which he is a member. He has published in peer-reviewed journals at both local and international levels. He was a National Monitor for the Ghana Statistics Services for the 2021 Ghana Population and Housing Census

Paul holds a PhD. in Economics from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia, a Master of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics with Geography from the University of Ghana, Legon.
