He is currently the Head of Strategy and Investments at CIDAN Capital Microfinance. He is an Investment Banker by profession and has significant experiences in Financial Research, Fund Management and Corporate Finance.  He has high analytical and investigative skills especially in diagnosing economic and financial information.

He has over fifteen (15) years of experience in the Fund Management industry. He started his career at CIDAN rotating through various ranks including being the Research Analyst, Funds Administrator, and currently the Chief Investment Officer of the company.  He has been involved in a number of transactions in the area of Fund Management, Economic Reviews, Corporate Valuations, Private Placement of shares, Feasibility Studies, Strategic Business Plans and Corporate Reorganizations.

Ernest holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Business Administration (GIMPA). He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Ghana and has undertaken various courses in Finance and Investment including the Ghana Securities Industry courses.
